5. How long we keep it

We keep customer records for the duration of our 25-year warranty plus an additional 7 years to meet Canadian tax obligations. Contact form submissions that don't lead to a project are deleted after 24 months.

Under PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA, you have the right to:

• Request a correction if it is inaccurate
